A little about me
and why I love real estate
After completing my obligation from the U.S. Navy, I decided to get into Real Estate since both my parents have worked for major corporations all my life which gave me the tools for understanding how important customer service is in any field of business. My business in Real Estate is somewhat similar to my teachings in the military, touch every job that has to do with your field. So I made it my task in understanding every aspect of Real Estate so I had the knowledge to educate my client in the best decision in both residential and commercial needs. I have had the pleasure of working with many people in giving me the knowledge that helps guide me today in these fields: Residential (Sales, Purchase, Leases)Commercial (Freestanding and Developments Sales, Purchases, and Leases)Apartments (Leases in Uptown/Downtown and Suburbs) High rises, Condos, and Townhomes (Sales, Purchases, and Leases)International Real Estate in Vacation and Retirement Living (Mexico, Costa Rica, & Spain)New Home Builders Property Management (Residential)HUD, Foreclosures, and Short Sales (REO’s)Mortgages (Subprime and A-Paper)Finally, the most important aspect of all this is that I can communicate in both the American and Latin cultures since I am bilingual. My mother made it a point in my life to learn Spanish when I was very young and jumped into the Spanish culture and lived with a family that didn’t speak a word of English when I was 10 years old for an entire year. To this day, my Spanish skills have made me an important individual to associate with cultures outside of the United States in both Spain (while in the Navy) and Latin America. I studied Global Business in school, so understanding the cultures when purchasing outside of the U.S. is essential. This is why I live by my motto: Your goal is my mission. I look forward to working with you in attaining your residential and/or commercial goals.
